    Also, heard from guy on bike and he already got told his ambulance bill was going to get covered but they haven’t updated me with CRAP. How freaking rude and unprofessional. Hello? Anyone home? Anyone gonna reply to my texts or my reviews?

    Wrote them about a quote. Waited a week and never got back to me. Wrote them again and ignored me. Used them before and they were quick to respond or help , but now it seems like they don’t care anymore.
