Billy has been an active licensed Las Vegas real estate agent since 2004, after moving to the area from his hometown of New York. Since then he has also been working in the lending industry, combining both sides of the real estate purchase process in his arsenal of expertise. Coming to real estate from a military background and having been an on-going owner of a Marketing and Promotions company, Billy takes a hard line, yet creative approach to the real estate business. His area of specialty in real estate is in working with investors, as well as first-time home buyers, from all over the country and even internationally. He has also helped to instruct educational classes on the topic of foreclosures and creative real estate investing. How do you make sure buyers get the best price for the property they are interested in? Numbers don't lie! People can't get caught in the hype and stick to their goal. They have to be able to walk away if the price gets too high. What do you do to help market the properties your clients are selling? We use a tech-savvy approach with an old handshake kind of feel to our marketing. A combination of Internet marketing, buyers lists, sign calls, text riders to capture people driving by the property, Network of agents that we have successfully done business with, we also work alongside one of the largest hedge funds in the US! We typically can have a buyer ready to pay top dollar for your house ASAP! How do you ensure your sellers get the highest price? This is where experience in the market comes in. Billy and his team are experts in getting buyer activity on listings to create a hype that typically will create bidding wars to get prices the seller never would have thought they could have received! What do you recommend sellers do to make sure their selling process is smooth? With the systems, we have in place the most important thing is to collect all of the required paperwork upfront prior to our listing and we handle everything from there.
