He is passionate about Massachusetts and holds himself responsible for the area.Bill was raised in Foxborough, Massachusetts and currently resides there with his wife, Sarah, and their two sons. He graduated from Foxborough High School and holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Technology from Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston. He began military service in 2001 and has served on multiple deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan with the 82nd Airborne Division and 3rd Infantry Division. He is also a graduate of the U.S. Army's Airborne and Ranger schools.
