He and his team also host a Mortgage and Real Estate show on YouTube and popular podcast platforms. He and his wife Tanya run a non-profit called "Cristian's Big Heart" honoring their son Cristian whose life was cur short 1 day shy of his 19th birthday. Cristian's Big Heart raises money and awareness for Sudden Cardiac Arrest Prevention. These efforts have helped provide thousands of FREE heart screenings throughout San Diego County for teenagers as well as AED placement in much needed areas around town.
