After his active duty, he attended the University of Arizona and received a BS in Civil Engineering in 1993. Bill's first job out of college was in Dallas, TX as a sales associate for a startup company. From there, Bill worked as project manager for a construction company, a sales manager for an engineering consulting company, a national sales manager for a high tech mechanical contractor and a national sales manager for a software company. After a long time in successful sales, Bill decided to venture out on his own and build his own business in real estate.
