After graduating from law school in 1979, I worked as a prosecuting attorney for Meeker County, MN. In 1990, I entered private practice with an emphasis in civil litigation. Since then, my practice has focused on real estate, business and corporate, estate planning, probate and trust administration and family law, with a limited amount of criminal defense.
