He specializes in luxury lakefront properties in Harbor Country and has long ties to New Buffalo, where he spearheaded the redevelopment of the community's central business district and has been a resident for 34 years. Prior to moving full time to his Harbor Country lakefront home, Will lived in Chicago, where he pioneered the redevelopment of the River North neighborhood and also had a successful career in finance. He held positions as vice president and senior vice president at G.E. and Bank of America, respectively. Will also developed premier luxury residential properties in Miami and Coral Gables, Florida. When he's not busy selling real estate, Will actively supports The Michiana Humane Society. He is a board member for the organization, which is dedicated to supporting abandoned and unwanted animals in the community. For the last eleven years, the Human Society has held an annual fundraiser at Will's home, The Grand Cottage. It continues to be the organization's largest and most successful event, and is the summer social event of Harbor Country.
