Chad Hauer grew up in Tacoma, WA where he attended St. Charles, Bellarmine, Stadium & Curtis High School (all while living under the same roof). Chad was voted "Most Friendly" student of his graduating class in High School. He's been a full-time REALTOR for 13 years, primarily serving Pierce & Mason Counties and resides in Gig Harbor with his wife, Stefanie, and his two incredible kids, Capri Abella & Ryder Mason. Following in his fathers footsteps, and with a passion for achievement, Chad obtained his Real Estate license at the young age of 21 and his Broker's License at the early age of 24. In addition, he's taken countless hours of Real Estate specific courses and earned multiple Designations to further his ability to assist his Clients. During his free time, Chad's passions are spending time with his family and friends at Mason Lake, Slalom Skiing, kayaking, wakeboarding, surfing, reading any type of book that will grow him as a person, volunteering in the community and spending his Sunday mornings at Harbor Christian Center. Chad realized early on in his career that the majority of his clients felt that the only time he could assist them was if they were either: 1) Buying a house, or 2) Selling a house. That didn't sit well with him and he made a point to make sure his clients were aware that he was there for them not only DURING the time of sale, but at ALL times! That's when Chad developed his Signature Client Care Program. Quality Service can be a hard thing to come by in this day and age and when we find it, we tend to want to hold onto it. Over the years, Chad has created a list of Quality Professionals to whom he trusts doing business with, can expect quality work from, and will charge reasonable fees for the work performed. Chad's Quality Vendor list started as home based vendors such as plumbers, electricians, painters, window washers and carpet cleaners, but eventually grew to much more than that.
