Excellent attention to detail By Wendy which made for a smooth closing process. I will definitely recommend Kind lending to my other broker colleagues in the industry. Thank you
very easy to use the system and Wendy went out of her way to fight to bring the appraisal up to where it should be. I guess the appraiser didn't do a very good job and their comps were not the appropriate comps. Wendy was awesome.
