WEIRU FANG focuses her practice on bankruptcy and restructuring matters. She has represented public and private companies, creditors, and asset purchasers in large and complex distressed situations. Her experience includes advising clients in both in-court and out-of-court restructurings across a broad range of industries, including telecommunications, retail, pharmaceutical, technology, and real estate. Weiru received her J.D., cum laude , from Cornell Law School where she served as notes editor for the Cornell Law Review . She received her B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley. Prior to joining the firm, Weiru was an associate at another international law firm.
