Rosa is the best customer service rep I have ever been serviced by. She’s very kind , professional and knowledgeable. She easily made me understand everything. In my opinion she needs a raise immediately!

Melissa in the Towson office was very responsive, down to earth, and helpful in walking me through my new policy moving to Maryland from out of state. Thanks for a great intro to Geico!

Marcus provided excellent service, was well informed, very polite and represented GEICO very well. And the process to transfer my policies to GEICO could not have been easier!

Marcus was extremely patient and very professional. He walked me through all the details of adding my new policy and answered every question and concern I had. He was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process!
