Wayne Gosnell joined Clayman & Rosenberg LLP as an associate in 2014, and will practice in the areas of criminal defense and complex civil litigation in both federal and state court, as well as regulatory investigations.Before joining the firm, Wayne served for three years as a law clerk for the Honorable William H. Pauley III of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. Prior to his clerkship, Wayne worked for six years as an Assistant District Attorney in the Bronx District Attorney's Office. While there, he handled hundreds of felony cases involving robberies, burglaries, kidnapping, conspiracies and homicides, and tried more than fifteen cases to verdict.
