Warren is a former nuclear physicist and aerospace executive. Since leaving aerospace he has served as director or two university campuses, developed commercial software products and in 2013, became a Realtor focused on the Laguna Woods Village retirement community. He and his wife Marla, a broker associate, most enjoy helping clients nearing or into their retirement years find property that truly fits them. They have never had a client complain about their purchase and they take pride in their ability to listen to their clients and match their needs and desires with properties available on the market. With regard to seller clients, Warren and Marla develop a robust marketing plan that is reviewed with their clients and which has resulted in an average 27 day span from listing to offer acceptance.
