I have been in practice for 34 years. I am a fourth generation lawyer in my family. We have proudly served as attorneys in New York State for more than 116 years continuoulsy. My practice is primarily focused on protecting those people who protect us all. These people are primarily municpal workers such as police officers, firefighters, corrections officers, DPW workers, school teachers and CSEA members. I read every review posted and try to be responsive to all of my clients. I have work very hard on each case and am typically in my office 6 days a week. I provide clients with my email address and cell phone number for emergencies on request. We have state of the art technology and can access your files remotely to always be on top of your legal matters. I regulary deal with issues concerning disability retirement pensions, social security disablity, workers compensation issues as well as personal injury litigation. I typically work six days a week and answer the calls and emails of my clients seven days a week as the need arises. I have seen that I have recieved many reviews on Avvo both good and bad.
