Please describe yWalter Moody, Owner/President Midtowne Mortgage Walter graduated from Georgia Southern University in 1994 where he received a degree in Finance with an emphasis in Real Estate and Investments. After Graduation, Walter returned to his hometown of Macon, Georgia and worked his way up through the ranks at First Liberty Bank. He then moved to Fairfield Financial in 1996 doing mortgage loan origination. Walter remained with Fairfield Financial for three years and in 1999 left and joined GE Capital Mortgage Company selling private mortgage insurance throughout the State of Georgia. Walter started Midtown Mortgage in early 2001 and enjoys working everyday to help people reach their financial goals. He finds himself in a unique position often working with the same family on multiple loans over the years. The most rewarding part of his day is helping someone eventually purchase their dream home. Walter and his wife Allyson have twin boys and enjoy all of the excitement and entertainment that they bring.
