Walter and Camille Morris, The Spouses that Sell Houses, have 40+ years combined experience in Ventura County Real Estate, representing Buyers, Sellers, and Investors. They have shared their experience and leadership skills throughout California by being advocates for promoting property rights and home ownership. Walter is the 2025 Director for the California Association of Realtors and sits on the Legislative, Environmental Sustainability, and Local Government Policy committees. On a local level, Walter is the 2025 Vice President for the Ventura County Coastal Association of Realtors. Camille leads several events throughout the year and was honored to receive the recognition as 2024 Agent of the Year for the Ventura County Coastal Association of Realtors.
