Real Estate has been in my family since 1950. My grandfather was a Realtor. My father, Jim Hermes is also. I am a 3rd generation Realtor. I have now been in the real estate business since 2003. Today I am with eXp Realty. My personal business takes me all over the Twin Cities Area, but most of my business is centralized near Edina, St. Louis Park, Golden Valley, Minnetonka, Lake Harriet, Lake Calhoun, Lake Nokomis and the Minneapolis Parkway. I also still work Washington, Chisago and Ramsey County where my father Jim marketed and did business for many years. I have owned multiple homes in Minneapolis in the Armatage, Nokomis and Fulton neighborhoods. I have also done a lot of business in the St. Paul neighborhoods of Highland Park, Como Park and MacGroveland. I love old homes and have owned many myself. I also own many investment properties and am still an active investor today. I really enjoy working with investors buying real estate. I have a young family with 2 little kids and am active with Our Lady of Grace and the American Diabetes Association. My wife Teresa is a professional photographer specializing in family, senior pictures and wedding photography.
