Von Richcreek

Von's leadership, dedication to professionalism, and real estate education, as well as his enthusiasm for the industry, are a few of the qualities that have led to his success in real estate. In addition to holding some of the top designations and certifications awarded in the industry, Von also holds an Associate's Degree in Real Estate, a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, and a Master's Degree in Strategic Leadership. Upon completing his service with the United States Marine Corps, Von began pursuing his interest in Real Estate. Interested in all aspects of real estate, including residential, investment, and development, he learned all he could about the industry, which led to completing his degree in Real Estate Studies. Early in his career, he quickly rose within the ranks and became the youngest Managing Broker at one of the largest real estate companies in the country, as well as being appointed General Manager of a collection of real estate schools across the southeast. Von serves on the Board of Directors for the Greater Nashville Realtors, Greater Nashville Realtors Education Foundation, and the Tennessee Realtors. An active member of his local boards of Realtors, he has served on and chaired several committees, including Legislative, RPAC, Awards of Excellence, Grievance, and Habitat for Humanity. He continues his passion for home ownership and giving back by serving on the Strategic Construction Advisory Committee for Habitat for Humanity of Greater Nashville. In 2013 he was voted Rutherford County's Favorite Real Estate Agent in the Daily News Journal's Annual Ruthie's Awards. In 2015 and 2019, Von was honored with the association's Education Award, bestowed only to those with the highest level of education achieved throughout the year. With over 6000 Realtors in the organization, he was one of only a handful of recipients to obtain this award. The Tennessean and other local publications have featured Von in numerous articles focusing on real estate and leadership. Experienced in both sales, management, and leadership, Von has taken his decade-plus years of experience and continues to build and grow his real estate firm with the same principles and values that lead him to success. As an infantry veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom, he knows what it takes to get the job done, and he carries those same principles into his professional life.
