Our QUEST is to provide you with as much information in order to make a sound, worry free decision on the purchase of a home or provide a home health checkup on your current home. Our VISION is to inspect every home as if it were our own. The safety and function of the home is our top priority therefore we require our inspectors to be certified, insured and attend continuous education classes. We offer the following types of home inspections: Home Inspections (Pre-listing and/or purchase of home) Eleven Month Warranty New Home Inspections ( Builders One-year warranty) Home Health Checkup Inspections (Current home) Condition Check (Rental property). We offer a $20 discount to all veterans and first responders.
