Virinchi Sindhwani is a corporate associate in the Los Angeles office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher and a member of the firm's Investment Funds practice group. Virinchi advises on and assists with the formation and operation of U.S. private investment funds across a range of investment strategies, including real estate funds, private equity funds and credit funds. He also has experience with co-investments, regulatory matters, non-U.S. funds and continuation vehicles. In addition, Virinchi maintains an active pro bono practice. Virinchi graduated from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where he served as Senior Editor of the University of Pennsylvania Law Review and President of the South Asian Law Students Association. Upon graduation, Virinchi received the Distinguished Pro Bono Award. He also earned a Certificate in Management from the Wharton School. Virinchi received his bachelor's degree cum laude and with College Honors from the University of Southern California, where he was a Trustee Scholar. Virinchi is admitted to practice in the State of California.
