Born in the Philippines on April 8, 1955. Graduated from Adamson University of Manila with a Bachelor's Degree of Science in Business Administration. Started selling properties in 1985. Created a following of like-minded entrepreneurs that officially became "Versant Realty" in 1990. Versant was responsible for over 1000 successful sales closed all throughout the Luzon island group. Became President of REBAP (Real Estate Brokers Association of the Philippines) LAMP Chapter in 1991. Moved to California in 2004, but restarted her real estate career in 2007. Since then, Virginia has been helping people achieve their goal of home ownership. In every real estate transaction, she embodies the values of sincerity, integrity, energy, hard work, and creativity.
