Victoria Waltrip is a native Houstonian who attended college in Santa Monica, CA. She studied art and architectural history before being encouraged by friends and family to get involved in the residential real estate business. Victoria lived in the exclusive and highly sought after community of Malibu, CA where she managed a high end retail business and became quite comfortable in dealing with luxury clientele. Upon her return to Texas, she quickly received her license in real estate after attending Champion School of Real Estate in Houston, TX, where she has continued her education, going on to receive accreditations as a Certified Home Marketing Specialist, and currently receiving her Accredited Luxury Home Specialist designation. Victoria has grown up in the Piney Point Village area of Houston, TX where her family currently still maintains an estate. Her family has a long standing history in the Houston community, with extensive connections in the area and deep roots in real estate industry.
