As the Founder of Barrios Collective Group, she leads a powerhouse real estate team offering full-service sales, investment strategies, and relocation support throughout Southern Nevada. Her newest endeavor, Thrive By Design Coaching, LLC, was launched to provide strategic coaching, program design, and long-term housing solutions for veterans and families experiencing homelessness. These programs often span 12 to 24 months and are designed to transition individuals into permanent, stable housing--partnering with nonprofits, Veteran Service Organizations, and mission-driven investors to make homeownership and sustainability a reality.With more than three decades of experience in real estate, Victoria is known for her client-first approach, unmatched market knowledge, and commitment to service. She is a Certified Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Certified Military Relocation Professional (MRP), a proud member of the Agent of Excellence community, and sits on the Associate Leadership Council (ALC) within Keller Williams Realty VIP.Victoria is also the Founder & President of Kid Orange, Inc., a nonprofit devoted to serving families impacted by military contaminants.
