    Horrific extraction. Took 2 hours. Punctured my sinus. Never told me till i was dripping salt rinse from my nose. Never offered emergent follow up. Poor standard of care. Knocked loose 2 upper and 1 lower teeth. And 2 fillings. Billed my insurance...
