As a first generation Mexican American from the Northwest side of Chicago, Victor Aguilar's strong work ethic began at a very young age. Being the eldest of four siblings, Victor worked as hard as he could to help his single mother. At the age of 14, he started working at a clothing store in the Logan Square area to help get him through high school.Immediately after high school, Victor was fortunate enough to get a stable job in the manufacturing industry to provide for him and his family. After 18 years in manufacturing, he felt compelled to make a change for his future and decided to pursue a career in real estate.
