Victor Manuel Ponce was born in Los Angeles, California. He joined the U.S. Army in El Paso, Texas, August 1990. Was enlisted into the Army to train as an Patriot Missile Operator/Maintainer. From 2004 to 2015 he was assigned to the United States Amy Recruiting Command (USAREC) where he served as a Recruiter, Center Leader, Master Trainer, Operations Noncommissioned Officer, and a Company First Sergeant. Victor retired from the U.S. Army after 25 years of honorable service with the rank of First Sergeant and received his 2nd Meritorious Service Medal. During his military career, Victor led and mentored numerous Soldiers using his leadership skills and experience developing his subordinates. Victor now works as a Real Estate Agent with REMAX Gold which holds over 90 agents. Using the acronym L.D.R.S.H.I.P, (Loyalty, Duty, Respect, Selfless Service, Honor, Integrity, and Personal Courage), he conveys the same principles to his clients demonstrating professionalism and outstanding work ethic. He is also a member of the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce with over 450 members, St. Louis Association of Realtors (SLAR) with over 8,000 members, St. Charles Association of Realtors (SCAR) with over 1,800 members. Holds a seat on the board of Veterans Association of Realtors Professionals (VAREP), and Veterans Business Resource Center (VBRC). Certified in Military Relocation Program (MRP), speaks fluent Spanish and is working on his B.S. in Management from Park University. He currently is a resident of St. Peters and has 3 beautiful children named Victor II, Jasmine, and Rudy.
