I always put myself in my client's situation so I can understand what they want. I strive to do all I can to make the process smooth. I love my clients & enjoy getting to know them. They are not just a number but a part of my extended family. Cultivating long-lasting relationships is important to me. I have lived in this area for over 40 years and have seen the changes, growth and can recommend many things. Wanting to help people move from the city to the rural area is such a natural thing for me, having grown up in the country life myself and still live there. I can relate to families having horses and cattle and wanting property to accommodate those or move to farm-like surroundings. I do have a knack for listening and finding ways to adapt and can get creative, when necessary, especially if there is an unusual problem that arises or if trying to qualify a buyer. I do enjoy selling real estate but more importantly, I enjoy the smiles I can put on my client's faces.
