Vicki Locklear is a NC licensed Broker and a certified Military Residential Specialist (MilRES). Vicki was born in Lumberton, NC and is married to SFC (Retired Army) Dwight Locklear from the Mt. Airy/Union Chapel community. She is a graduate of Kansas State University with a Masters of Regional and Community Planning. Vicki managed numerous successful consulting businesses and dedicated over 20 years to military planning, federal real property management, emergency management and real estate investments. She started her real estate career in Virginia before relocating back to Robeson County. Vicki is dedicated to her clients to ensure their experience with buying, selling, or renting real estate results in a smooth transaction.
