My name is Venessa Sealby, and I am a Southern Oregon Native that returned to the Rogue Valley area after finishing my athletic career with Team USA, and a Bachelor's degree at the University of Oregon. When I returned to the area, I quickly got to work on what I felt I was best at, working with people. I grew a thriving business and career as a personal trainer helping people achieve goals and lifestyle changes that they may not have seen possible.
