As a Maryland resident who has lived and worked in Maryland for over 20 years, Vaneska has developed a thorough understanding of the area and communities throughout the various counties, Washington DC and Baltimore. Prior to her entry into the real estate industry, she worked in Marketing and Sales for a leading marketing company where she gained extensive experience in understanding the importance of event management, social media, advertising, market research and customer relationship management. By leveraging these skills into a career in residential sales, she has developed an aggressive marketing plan that is proficient in technology and focuses on the priorities of all her clients. She has experience in waterfront properties, 1031 Exchanges, new construction and relocation and recently earned the SRS designation from the NAR in 2023. She is fluent in Spanish and English, has 3 children, and is actively involved in the community within the Crofton, MD school district. When not showing properties or selling homes, she loves going to the beach and spending time with her family.
