I have been serving clients since 1988 with a developed skill set in Escrow, Mortgage Banking - Owner and Underwriting for my own company Residential Mortgage Service Inc. , Senior Title Curative experience to best serve government agencies and the private sectors. I am currently working for various well known builders such as Lennar, DR Horton, Frontier Homes and Pacific with the responsibility of educating home buyers of the new home purchase vs. retail home purchase. Some of my best experiences in my career include assisting County of Orange Fire Department set up Temporary Station locations as the permanent Foothill Ranch Fire Stations were being built, Managing two Golf Courses in Orange County, Traveling to Thailand to spend a week studying International Real Estate topics - CERTIFIED INTERNATIONAL PROPERTY DESIGNATION, Managing a Section 8 apartments in San Bernardino County. Most meaningful experience to me, the life time friendships which I have gained assisting my clients through the home buying process by guiding them through selecting the best financing option and selecting the best home selection. I also love assisting clients learn strategies to pay off their home loans in 7 to 10 years without sacrificing their life styles.
