Real estate is a people business, and I’m great with people. This is important when negotiating or ensuring my clients feel heard. Yet it also requires financial acumen, which I have. I can crunch numbers for an accurate reading of the market. I’m both personable and analytical with professional poise, thanks to many years in restaurant, sales, retail, and mortgage. Plus, I grew up in these parts. I’ve lived in Washington my entire life.
