Tyler Mellor

Meet Tyler, a seasoned real estate professional and nearly a native of Western North Carolina, having called it home since 1995 when he moved with his mother at the age of five. With extensive experience living in every region of the state, including studying at UNC-Chapel Hill and residing in Wilmington, Tyler has gained comprehensive knowledge and a deep understanding of the diverse regional opportunities North Carolina has to offer. Tyler's real estate journey began in 2014 with his first flip in Asheville, North Carolina, which sparked his passion for real estate investing. He has since focused on the small multi-family space throughout the mountains and foothills, achieving remarkable success as a licensed agent, closing over $25 million in sales. Recently, Tyler left his role as Broker in Charge, managing a real estate office and its agents in Asheville, NC, to launch his own brokerage, Pisgah Property Group, with fellow investor and agent, William Morrison. When he's not analyzing his next real estate deal, Tyler can be found enjoying the great outdoors with his wife or competing in his next pickleball or volleyball tournament in the area. Real estate is more than a profession to Tyler; it's his favorite hobby and passion.
