Tyler S. Kuhlman joined Marcus & Millichap in 2017 and currently holds the titles of First Vice President Investments and Director status within the National Office and Industrial Properties Division (NOIPG). In this capacity, Mr. Kuhlman is responsible for regional investment sales and advisory services, with a concentration in the private client Office and Industrial Industry. As one of the leading private client brokers in South Florida, Mr. Kuhlman specializes in the acquisition and disposition of office, industrial and retail properties throughout the entire state of Florida. A graduate of Florida State University and growing up in Wellington, Florida, Tyler has a deep understanding of the local real estate market. His commitment to detail, and professionalism have earned him recognition from his peers and his extensive experience in acquisitions, dispositions, and commercial finance, has built a network of contacts with investors at all levels from private client to institutional. In 2018, he was awarded the coveted Rookie of the Year award by NAOIP and was awarded the Rising Star and Shooting Star Awards from Marcus & Millichap. In 2020, Mr. Kuhlman was promoted to an Associate Director within the Office & Industrial Division of Marcus & Millichap as well as earning the title of Senior Associate due to his accelerated and consistent production. In 2021, Kuhlman was promoted to Director status within the Office & Industrial Division of Marcus & Millichap and achieved his first Sales Achievement Award within the company. In 2022, Mr. Kuhlman achieved his second consecutive Sales Achievement Award within the company, and in 2023 he was promoted to First Vice President Investment within the firm.
