I help people buy and sell homes in the Illinois Fox Valley, specifically in the Tri-Cities of St Charles, Geneva, and Batavia. I love this area. Lush forests, winding bike paths, picturesque riverwalks, classic downtowns, great schools, and a whole lotta nice people, all 1 hour west of Chicago. I believe most agents don't provide enough value to their clients. Anybody can open a lockbox, upload some photos, and run a property search. And most do it all without stopping to ask what your goals are or how you'd like to do things. I'm the opposite. I call myself a real estate consultant . It's my job to ask lots of questions, to step inside your shoes, to understand your world, your financial situation, your best and worst case scenarios. Then, once we're on the same page, we enter the market as partners. Our entire process is guided by your preferences. There is no more "you" and "me", everything becomes "we", "us", and "our".
