Her innovative approach has drawn national attention from hoteliers, developers, lenders, and municipalities. To date, Tulsee has been instrumental in developing over 2,500 attainable housing units across the U.S., earning her the Innovation Award from Marcus & Millichap. Tulsee has built an impressive financial track record. She consistently ranks among the Top 10 National Hospitality Brokers at her firm and has participated in over $200 million in real estate transactions. Her ability to navigate and execute complex deals earned her recognition as one of Hospitality Magazine's 30 Under 30. Tulsee graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and a Sales minor from The University of Houston, Bauer College of Business. She is a 4th generation hotelier with multi-faceted experience ranging from operations, development, and on-going industry activist including organizations like Habitat for Humanity, CREW, and AAHOA. Outside of work, her interests include trekking outdoor trails, wellness retreats, and investing in start-ups.
