Biography Troy Rodman is a Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Realtor and has been a resident of Chicago and Wheaton for over 30 years. He specializes in Chicago and it's outlying suburbs. Troy attributes his success to his no-nonsense approach with buyers and sellers. "There are challenges to both being a buyer and seller in today's market", Troy says, "I don't pressure people, I just set the correct expectations from the beginning, I educate my buyers and sellers, and practice real estate with utmost honesty, integrity, and straight talk." Prior to entering real estate, Troy worked in a leadership position driving global consumer product design and development strategy in major home appliances and commercial building materials within the corporate world. A resident of Chicago and Wheaton for over 30 years, Troy and his wife raised their family in district 200 schools and the College of DuPage in Glen Ellyn.
