Trish s passion for real estate began one day in the early 90 s when Trish had recently purchased her own condo and was chatting with the new construction agent who needed a greeter for his Open Houses. Trish asked for the job and because she loves meeting people and hearing their stories and helping them with their goals, her affinity for real estate was emerging. Her background as an administrative/executive assistant and sales representative gave her the business acumen and after apprenticing and educating herself in real estate sales her career began to grow. People love working with Trish as their agent because she genuinely loves what she does. From there she launched herself into new homes sales. From 12 years selling mid-rise condominiums with Pryde Corporation to new home sales with Conner Homes, American Classic and Classic Concepts, she has learned the ins and outs of new home construction from start to finish. She assisted in six mid-rise condominiums in Alki, listed and managed over eight communities ranging from Bothell to Kent and co-listed and co-managed another four communities (a total of over 400 homes). She trained sales staff and wrote materials for specific training topics. She has also managed marketing, sales contracts and media advertising. She is a natural-born enthusiastic personality. She empowers and supports both the buyer and the seller with knowledge and wisdom. In 2011 Trish switched her focus to resale. While she still trains new construction agents and consults and lists for new communities, she also enjoys helping the resale buyer and seller find their new dream home or sell their home.
