Tricia Dunkle

Tricia is a California native who graduated with a Psychology degree from Loyola Marymount University. Following her passion for Aviation, she earned her commercial pilot's license and became a certified flight instructor thereby helping her students to successfully obtain their private pilot's licenses.Now as Realtor for Compass, Tricia is excited to use her intuitiveness and quick-thinking problem-solving skills to provide clients an unmatched level of service. Her attention to detail, follow through and communication skills are unmistakeably attributes that will make home buying and selling a seamless process for her clients.Having lived in San Luis Obispo for 16 years, Tricia is very knowledgeable of all that the Central Coast has to offer. In her free time, you can find Tricia and her husband Bill at various sporting events throughout the community. They enjoy watching their four children compete in a myriad of sports including tennis, volleyball, soccer, basketball, and baseball. They also love taking their Australian Shepherd, Blu, to the dog beach in Avila and hiking the many trails throughout San Luis Obispo.
