One could say her molding for top-notch customer service began in 1979, forging her unbreakable passion for providing her clients with nothing short of five-star service, when she started her own lawn mowing business at the young age of 10. Born and raised in Charles Town, her first "real job" was at the former Vantol's florist shop in downtown Charles Town. She amusingly shares that her first 1040EZ from 1986 is currently displayed on her office wall. Clients quickly discover that developing lasting relationships is of utmost importance to Tracy and the team. Even after the deal has closed, clients can expect to hear from them throughout the year, whether it is via phone, email, a personal note or even an in-person rendezvous. Investing in the local community and giving to those in need is very near and dear to Tracy's heart. In her spare time, Tracy enjoys entertaining and loves to put a gourmet meal on the table, as well as visit top rated restaurants. She also loves to visit wineries and traveling to Caribbean islands. Golfing, reading, walking, and spending quality time with friends and family are among her favorites too. If you ask her grandson Grayson who her favorite person is, he will quickly reply, "Me!" She shares the most satisfying name she's ever been called is "Lollie".
