Tracia Hill is a long-time resident of Northwest Indiana, but was relocated from theChicagoland area. She came in the business as a Dual agent, licensed in both Indiana and Illinois.She specializes in working with buyers, as well as working with sellers.Tracia leaped into Real Estate after transitioning from her long-term career as a Team Leader in the Automotive Industry.Importantly, she wanted to learneverything she needed to know to become a successful Realtor. Coming from a strong background of leadership, nothing could stop her. After a very successful 1st year as a Broker, she won Rookie of the year and ended the year as a 1-5 Million Dollar Producer.
