Tracey is dedicated to see that sound legislative policies are in place to protect the private rights of homeowners and the preservation of the real estate industry through her work as the 2023 Public Policy Chair for Illinois Realtors Chair of the Real Estate Political Action Committee (RPAC) for the Chicago Association of Realtors. It was through her work as the 2020 Chair of the Illinois Realtors Affordable Housing Committee and her service as a member of the 2021 Housing Opportunity Committee for the National Association of Realtors that she redesigned her business model with more strategic focus on creating avenues to make housing affordable and available to consumers. Her body of work in this unique space has created pathways to build alliances with the Oak Park Regional Housing Center, a HUD Certified Housing Agency where she currently sits as the 2023 Board President. Tracey is a Golden R, Major Investor of RPAC and serves as the Federal Political Coordinator to Congressman Danny Davis, Illinois 7th Congressional District. Tracey's love for the industry and passion for what she does has earned her numerous awards including the 2022 Industry Partner Member Award, 2021 Member of the Year Award, 2020 President's Award, Presidential Medallion, 2019 Realtor Achievement and the 2018 Realtist of the Year, all received from various Realtor Organizations. Tracey earned degrees in Management and Criminal Social Justice and currently holds several designations and certifications which demonstrate her ongoing commitment to her career.
