They closed my loan prior to my closing date by two weeks. everyone was super responsive and willing to help any way they could, even when issues arose.
Tom was not well informed or motivated to lock in the rate early enough. I tried getting updates and got no response until it was too late to lock in a good rate. Then it was all talk about someone he knew that was going to lower their rate...
