Out mission is to provide our customers with all the information that they need to make decisions for themselves. We see ourselves as consultants, not sales people. What that means to you is that we are dedicated to your interest and not our own. We are not car salesmen but professional consultants. We hope that is what you are looking for. Gay and I are most knowledgeable on waterfront property mostly because we live on the water and have a 38 foot boat in front of our home. Our longest voyage was 700 miles and took us a leisurely three weeks. We historically work mostly with buyers as more people are coming to Punta Gorda than leaving and as it is a retirement area, there is not much up sizing etc. Turnover rate is low here. My specialty is pricing and negotiation, Gay is the relationship person. Probably like most couples. We know this are since we have been here 12 years. That doesn't qualify us as a local by any means. We came from the Southern California area via 11 years in Telluride, CO. Gay's background is education an school counseling and mine is business management and construction. We both have backgrounds in Counseling. Gay has a PhD in Psychology and I have a masters in Counseling. Our varied life experiences help us to relate to our customers and provide an ability to empathize with the experiences of others. We built our house here new in 2002. Gay has been a Realtor since 1985 and I have been in Real Estate since 2000.
