The following year, his sales volume was number 1 in the office for an individual agent with well over 6 million sold over 34 transactions, becoming a member of the Chairman's Club Gold Team at Long & Foster. Tom invests time developing systems and tools that provide the best customer experience possible. In order to really make this vision happen, he created his first team, Adventure Group, which closed 53 transactions in its first partial year as a team.
