Before joining Compass, Tom co-founded a full-service creative agency primarily focussed on utilizing video + design to build brands from start-ups to fortune 500 companies. With this background in marketing strategy + content creation, Tom is committed to utilizing the most innovative marketing approach to achieve the finest, data driven, results. Outside the office, Tom enjoys hiking, biking, swimming, reading, + exploring great food, entertainment + travel. Real estate is both parts business + pleasure for Tom as he can often be found exploring neighborhoods across Los Angeles from Highland Park, Silver Lake + Los Feliz to Malibu + Pacific Palisades.
