Todd has specialized in the sale and leasing of industrial and office buildings in the San Gabriel Valley and western Inland Empire for over 34 years and has been a principal at Lee & Associates for over 40 years. His team represents Sellers, Buyers, Landlords, Tenants and Investors in transactions and consulting assignments. Todd and his team members Mark White, Trent Howland, Matthew Rodriguez and Justin Leewood, along with Marketing Coordinator, Renee Hooke, have developed a synergistic marketing team that has provided excellent results with a combined total of over 78 years of experience. Todd and his team consistently handle $20-$25 million per year in real estate transactions and are responsible for approximately 10-15% of the total annual transactions for the Ontario office of Lee & Associates (55 agents).In 2015, Todd was appointed to the advisory board members of Associates Equity Fund, and has been responsible to oversee the due diligence for the acquisition of over $70,000,000 in commercial property throughout the United States. In 2013, Todd was recognized at the Lee & Associates National Summit as a "Leader of Lee." This award has been awarded to less than 10 people in the history of Lee & Associates.
