Titan Systems was started by its' owner, Graham Patton, in 2002. He had worked with consumer support for 8 years prior and established Titan to support the commercial Small Medium Business sector. Initially Titan opened in the original IBM headquarters building, 535 Chestnut St, in downtown Chattanooga. In 2016 due to rapid recent growth, Titan has relocated to a larger facility centrally located near the Chattanooga Airport.
