As a California native, Tina loves helping people find their home here in Ventura and Santa Barbara Counties. Her degree in Outdoor Leadership and Recreation has given her the skills to guide and educate buyers and sellers with their real estate decisions. Going into her third year as a licensed Realtor, Tina's passion for the real estate profession drives solid results for all of her clients. She has expert experience in handling complex contract negotiations, and offers guidance to make sure her clientele are able to make smart decisions in real estate. She is licensed to help people throughout California, but focuses her business in Santa Barbara, Ventura, Oxnard, Camarillo, and Santa Paula. Tina enjoys spending time with her fiance, watching 1980s comedies, and spending time outside kayaking or hiking. She takes pride in her work and loves sharing the beauty of the California coast with friends, family, and people new to the area.
