A Kingsport native, Tina graduated from Sullivan North High School and studied Organizational Management at Tusculum College before earning her real estate license in 2010. She now proudly serves as the Principal Broker and Co-Owner of Conservus Homes. Tina has continued to elevate her expertise through advanced education and industry recognition. She holds a Tennessee Broker License and has earned respected professional designations including ABR(r) (Accredited Buyer's Representative) and MRP (Military Relocation Professional). Prior to entering real estate, she spent 18 years with Citigroup in Gray, TN, where she served as a Quality and Executive Communications Manager and earned the prestigious Chairman's Leadership Award, Citi Cards' highest leadership honor.
